It started with a problem in my own business

I came to development through tourism: first we needed to organize trips, then a system to help run them.

Tours, people and the work behind them.

An acquaintance and I started a tourism business. We organized tours across Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. Behind every trip were customers, bus seats, tickets, guides and financial records.

I wanted to automate that work. I began building the solution myself, learning from YouTube videos, reading forums and finding answers on Stack Overflow. I learned to code by solving a real problem our company had.

Retrip. — a system for real trips.

That became Retrip., a CRM and operations platform for the tourism business. It covered customers, analytics, finances and records, as well as the trip itself.

A customer could follow a link, choose a bus seat and receive an electronic ticket with a QR code. The guide scanned the ticket on a phone to check the person in. Frequent customers had a loyalty program.

Our company actually used Retrip. I also tried offering it to other companies and saw interest in that kind of solution. It was the first system I built that a real business used.

  • Customers and loyalty program
  • Analytics, finances and records
  • Bus seat selection through a link
  • Electronic tickets with QR codes
  • Ticket scanning and check-in on a guide’s phone

From an internal system to client projects.

I then moved into freelance work, building websites, landing pages and automations. The projects varied, but each one still started with understanding what the business and its users needed.

That’s where interfaces and development came together for me: planning the structure, building a working website or service and helping the client use it.

Development, and owning what the team delivers.

Later, I joined an outsourcing company as a developer. There, a senior developer mentored me and helped me deepen my knowledge and move on to complex systems. I later became its technical director, coordinating development, QA and code reviews, and making sure individual decisions came together in the finished product.

So my portfolio includes both solo freelance projects and work delivered as part of an outsourcing team. On team projects, I handled development and technical leadership.

Clients and products built with teams.

Today I work directly with clients. I’m also a co-founder of aiTalim and Loome and help build both products with their teams. Each project has its own independent team.

I have worked on internal systems, client projects and my own products. That experience helps me see an interface along with its data, processes and how it will grow.

How I approach projects

I think about the interface and what runs behind it.

For me, design and development are part of the same job. People should understand where to click and what happens next. Behind that interface, the data, permissions, integrations and business logic need to work correctly.

I look at the whole project: how customers see it, how staff use it and how it can grow after launch.

You work with me directly.

You talk the project through with me. I learn how your business works and guide the solution from design to implementation. Team size and my role depend on the project.

I stay in touch after launch. Support can be ongoing or task by task: fix an issue, add a feature or connect another service.

I connect new products to what already works.

A project doesn’t always start from scratch. A new app or platform can connect to your existing CRM, ERP, accounting, payments and other services.

I work remotely with clients around the world. My portfolio includes an education platform, mobile apps and a booking service for an Italian client.

What I can help with

From your first website to a platform your team works in.

Customers, deals, orders, inventory, finances, staff roles and integration with accounting software.

  • Mobile apps

iOS and Android apps with customer accounts, connected to your service.

  • AI agents

Reading documents, finding information and working with connected services.

  • Automation and bots

Data exchange, notifications, reports, scheduled tasks and Telegram bots.

My own product

BMO

BMO is my working system: a desktop and mobile app, a Telegram bot and a task planner.

It pulls in tasks from other trackers, sets deadlines and reminds me about them. When it needs my decision, it calls my phone and asks out loud. If I’m away from my desk, it streams the screen to my phone.

I do the same for clients: I bring scattered data into one place and make sure nothing important slips through.

You can see it in the work

Each case study shows a real problem and how I solved it. When a project includes a website, platform and app, they appear together.
